You can absolutely return your item to us within 14 days after receiving it, provided that it remains undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the product back to us.

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we want to make sure you find the perfect fit, especially when it comes to clothing sizes.

If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering the two closest matches. This way, you can try them on in the comfort of your own home and return the one that doesn't fit. However, please be aware that there is a $10 return processing fee.
